Brandy Wingate Voss

Brandy Wingate Voss is an established appellate attorney who frequently attends trial with her trial team to provide clients the best chances of success on appeal. She earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Texas A&M University in 1999 and her J.D. magna cum laude from Baylor Law School in 2002. She is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (since 2009). Brandy has served on the Texas Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee and as Large Section Representative to the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors. She was Vice Chair of the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section and past co-editor-in-chief of The Appellate Advocate. She has been included on the Texas Super Lawyers list since 2014 (no more than five percent of all Texas attorneys). She joined Abraham Watkins in 2024.
