About Kayla Haynes
Kayla A. Haynes was born and raised in Spring, Texas. She earned her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024, where she received the Dean's Merit Scholarship, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for highest grade in Legal Research and Writing, and served as Associate Editor for the South Texas Law Review. She interned with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and served as a student attorney for the Domestic Violence Pro Bono Legal Clinic. Kayla joined Abraham Watkins as a law clerk in her second year of law school. At the firm, her practice focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, workplace injuries, explosions, products liability, and wrongful death. She is admitted in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
