About Lena Laurenzo
Lena B. Laurenzo is a third-generation Houstonian and granddaughter of Houston restaurant icon Ninfa Laurenzo. She graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology. After working at Abraham Watkins as a file clerk and legal assistant, she attended South Texas College of Law Houston, graduating in 2015 as an inductee of the Order of Barristers. Lena's practice is 100% personal injury and maritime law, including catastrophic injury cases, 18-wheeler crashes, Jones Act and general maritime cases, wrongful death, workplace injuries, and product liability. At her first trial, she co-led a complex wrongful death case that resulted in a $17,720,000 jury verdict. At a subsequent trial, she co-led a product liability wrongful death case that resulted in a unanimous Mississippi jury verdict of $9,864,571. She was named to the Super Lawyers list in 2026 after nine consecutive years on the Texas Rising Stars list (2017-2025). She serves on the board of the Ninfa Laurenzo Scholarship Fund and is an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at the University of Houston Law Center.
