
About Richard Adler
Richard H. Adler is the Founding Principal and Partner of Adler Giersch, a Washington personal injury law firm with offices in Seattle, Issaquah, Everett, and Kent. He has more than 40 years of practice experience.
Adler is recognized as an expert in traumatic brain injury law and works to give voice to individuals who have been wronged. He worked with client Zackery Lystedt and state and national leaders to change laws around how athletes are treated when diagnosing concussions, and helped establish the Zackery Lystedt Endowed Professorship at the University of Washington to advance education on traumatic brain injuries. He has authored a book on Traumatic Brain Injury.
Adler earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (1980) and his B.A. from the State University of New York (1977). He is admitted to practice in Washington State.
