Megan L. Hudson

Megan is an attorney working in our Stafford location. She has spent the last decade practicing insurance defense in Northern Virginia. She brings to the firm a wealth of litigation experience. Her clients describe her as responsive and always the most prepared person in the room. She has key insights on how insurance companies work in and out of the courtroom, as she has litigated over 1,000 cases to completion for GEICO to protect their bottom line against insurance claims. Megan made the switch to the plaintiff's side of personal injury because she wants to help her injured clients, which is more rewarding than saving the insurance company money. Megan's experience is an asset. She has tried dozens of cases in General District Court in over 30 jurisdictions, as well as having tried several jury trials in Circuit Court. Her effective communication and preparedness come from years of litigation experience, which includes conducting research, trying cases, drafting various pleadings, and arguing motions in court. Megan grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and attended James Madison University. In her spare time, she loves cheering on the Dukes and spending time with her family. She is married with two children. She loves spending time outdoors with her family and advocates for the values and benefits inherent in youth sports participation. Whether lacrosse, soccer, basketball, or flag football, much of her weekends are spent traveling from one youth sports game to another. Sh
