Benjamin Andrews

Benjamin J. Andrews graduated from George Washington University Law School and has over 40 years of experience litigating and trying cases throughout Western New York in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on representing clients who have sustained life-altering injuries as a result of medical malpractice, product liability, complex premises liability, construction accidents, and automobile accidents. He has tried numerous cases, many resulting in million and multi-million dollar verdicts or settlements. Mr. Andrews is a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers, and the Erie County Bar Association.
