Rea Marcelo Roxas

Rea Marcelo Roxas is a New York-admitted attorney with over a decade of experience across the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. She brings a global perspective to her work, informed by her Filipino-American background and experience handling complex litigation, cross-border disputes, and regulatory matters in multiple jurisdictions. Before joining the firm, she served as Commercial and Privacy Counsel for the Asia-Pacific region, advising multinational organizations on disputes, compliance, and risk management. Earlier in her career, she represented government agencies in civil and administrative proceedings, developing advocacy skills in hearings, motion practice, and appellate work. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Court of Common Pleas in Erie, Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from the University of Santo Tomas, her MBA from San Beda University, and her B.A. from the University of the Philippines Diliman, all with honors. She also participates in a pro bono program in the Philippines providing legal assistance to workers and underserved communities.
