Scott Goldstein

Scott Goldstein is a Partner at Ankin Law in Chicago and one of the firm's original attorneys, recognized as one of the most successful workers' compensation attorneys in the Chicagoland area. Raised in a Milwaukee union family — his father rose from city bus driver to President of the Milwaukee County Labor Council, AFL-CIO, and his mother remains an active union faculty member — Scott's early exposure to events like the 1987 Patrick Cudahy meatpackers strike and the 1990 Greyhound drivers' strike shaped his dedication to workers' rights. He appears daily at the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission to advocate for injured workers, and has traveled extensively through Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
