Brian Beecher

Brian Beecher is a Partner and the Litigation Department Chair at Arash Law, where he handles personal injury cases involving vehicular accidents, brain injuries, and catastrophic workplace incidents. He specializes in complex personal injury matters with particular focus on severe-injury cases and traumatic brain injuries, handling cases throughout California at both the state and federal levels. He works to settle cases before trial by presenting objective evidence to insurers.

Beecher earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa in 2002. He received both his Juris Doctor and a Master's in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in 2005, completing the latter at Pepperdine's Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.

He also serves as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law, teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution to law students and practicing attorneys pursuing an LL.M.
