James Caress

James Caress is a Trial Attorney at Arash Law, specializing in personal injury litigation and representing injured individuals in cases involving negligence and recklessness.

Caress earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA, graduating with departmental and college honors, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. He participated in Trial Advocacy programs throughout high school, college, and law school. During law school, he gained practical experience through externships with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and the Federal Public Defender's Office.

He is licensed to practice in California.
