Cinthia Chou-Chan

Cinthia Chou-Chan is a Trial Attorney at Arash Law, specializing in personal injury litigation and helping clients pursue compensation for accident-related losses. Her practice focus includes civil litigation and personal injury law, with a particular interest in product liability.

Before law school, Chou-Chan worked for nearly two years at a personal injury law firm, gaining hands-on experience in case management and civil litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2024, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Products Liability and Medical Malpractice. During law school, she served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Analysis, Writing, and Skills course (mentoring first-year students for more than two years) and for Products Liability coursework. She was also a clinic instructor at the Street Law Clinic in Downey and volunteered with the Asian Pacific American Bar Association Pro Bono Clinic and Asian Americans Advancing Justice.

She is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
