Briana Chua

Briana E. Chua is a co-founder and attorney at Arizona Injury Law Group, PLLC in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a State Bar of Arizona Board-Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law and has represented injured workers exclusively before the Industrial Commission of Arizona and the Arizona Court of Appeals since 2004.

Chua co-founded Arizona Injury Law Group with Weston Montrose in 2016. She has held her Workers' Compensation specialist certification since 2010 and holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She was named a 2023 Southwest Super Lawyer.

She earned her J.D. from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2002, graduating early, and her B.S. in Speech with a Concentration in Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000.

Chua is licensed to practice in Arizona and California (inactive). She previously served as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation CLE Committee (2011-2012) and contributed to a revised version of the Workers' Compensation Handbook. Past President (2011-2012) of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association, she is also a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Arizona's Animal Law Section.

Born and raised outside Philadelphia, Chua is a child of immigrants whose family values shaped her commitment to helping working clients receive fair compensation.
