Dennis Kurth

Dennis R. Kurth is Of Counsel at Arizona Injury Law Group, PLLC in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a State Bar of Arizona Board-Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law and has been licensed for 50 years.

Kurth has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 1995. He is a contributing author of the Arizona Workers' Compensation Handbook, Chapter 12 'Exclusivity and Third-Party Liability' (1992), and served as Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Advisory Commission to the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization from 1987 to 1994. He was appointed by the Director of the Industrial Commission of Arizona to the Director's Advisory Commission on Evidence-Based Medicine from 2012 to 2015.

Kurth earned his B.A. from Wabash College.
