About Jordan Chaikin
Jordan Chaikin serves as Senior Counsel at Arnold Law Firm and brings more than two decades of experience in complex products liability and class action litigation across the country. Federal courts have appointed him to leadership roles in numerous high-profile MDLs and class actions, where he has overseen strategy and discovery and helped secure billions of dollars in relief for class members. In 2014, the Daily Business Review inducted him into the Florida Verdicts Hall of Fame for his work in Dorothy Alexander v. Lorillard Tobacco Co., where a three-week trial produced a $20 million compensatory and $25 million punitive damages verdict. He is a frequent presenter at HarrisMartin and HB Litigation Conferences on class action and mass tort strategy. At Arnold Law Firm he oversees litigation strategy, compliance initiatives, and case development. He also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Collier County, Florida, representing children in the court system. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida in 2001 and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2004, and is admitted in Florida and multiple federal district courts.
