Connor Er

Connor Er is a Trial Attorney at Batta Fulkerson Law Group dedicated to representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases. He earned a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from California State University, Chico, and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. During law school, he became the first walk-on advocate for the CWSL moot court team and led his team to the regional finals of the American Association of Justice competition. He also clerked at Batta Fulkerson during law school, gaining experience in wrongful death, products liability, government tort claims, slip-and-fall, and car and motorcycle accident cases. In spring 2023, he joined the firm as a post-bar law clerk and was promoted to Trial Attorney in May 2023 after passing the bar.
