Taylor Gaines

Taylor Gaines is a Senior Trial Attorney at Batta Fulkerson Law Group. A San Diego native, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2012. He was admitted to the California bar in 2012. After law school, Gaines spent more than five years at the San Diego Public Defender's Office, where he completed over 50 jury trials on matters ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. He then moved to civil plaintiff work, bringing his trial experience to personal injury litigation at Batta Fulkerson. His practice focuses on car accidents, general personal injury, and courtroom litigation, and he has completed 51 jury trial cases. The firm was voted the top personal injury firm in San Diego by the San Diego Union Tribune.
