Evan Allen

Evan Allen joined Beasley Allen in 2012 and works in the Mobile office. He handles cases involving crashworthiness, on-the-job product liability, and truck wrecks. His track record includes a recent $8.5 million verdict for a 15-year-old girl blinded by a defective airbag and a $774,000 verdict in 2020 for a client injured by an industrial machine, the latter leading to a safety redesign that protects future workers. He is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and the Alabama Association for Justice, and has served as president of the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers. He earned his J.D. from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
