About Luigi Izzo
Luigi Izzo handles high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases across the Northeast, with particular depth in construction accidents, labor and union law, product liability, trucking and auto collisions, and premises liability. Born and raised in the Bronx in a blue-collar union family, he has represented workers from dozens of trade locals, from Local 3 electricians to Teamsters, and his commitment to injured workers is rooted in seeing firsthand how on-the-job injuries upend family livelihoods. Before joining the firm he litigated at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro & Halperin in New York, winning significant recoveries against corporations including Uber and Lyft. He earned his law degree from Touro College's Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2007 and is also skilled in mediation and arbitration.
