Nabeha Shaer

Nabeha Shaer directs the firm's Washington, D.C. office, leading class actions and matters involving banking and employment discrimination, reparations, and wrongful death. Her casework includes the wrongful death suit brought on behalf of Malcolm X's daughters, representation of the Henrietta Lacks family against pharmaceutical companies, class litigation against Wells Fargo and Google, and assistance to United Nations inquiries connected to the Michael Brown and George Floyd cases. A Florida State University College of Law graduate who studied international criminal and human rights law at Erasmus University, she is admitted in New York and received FSU's Blaise N. Gamba Pro Bono Service Award for more than 600 hours of pro bono work.
