Paul Grinke

Paul Grinke co-directs litigation at the firm, bringing more than two decades of national courtroom experience in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex commercial cases. His docket has included burn, paralysis, trucking, railroad, construction, and workplace-safety matters, and he has served on plaintiffs' steering committees in mass-casualty litigation arising from the West Fertilizer plant explosion and the Astroworld Festival tragedy. Earlier in his career he spent over 18 years as litigation and trial counsel to the Dallas Cowboys, represented the NFL, practiced at Cozen O'Connor, and served as managing member of McCathern, PLLC. He is a longtime Texas Super Lawyers honoree and a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyer.
