Diem Tran

Diem Tran is a personal injury attorney at Berg Injury Lawyers. She completed a Public Policy and International Affairs fellowship at UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy in 2005 and earned her B.A. from UCLA in 2006, receiving the Chancellors' Service Award. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law as a Council on Legal Education Opportunity fellow, graduating as valedictorian. She earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2010, where she served as Senior Articles Editor on the UC Davis Law Review, External Editor of the Asian American Law Journal at Berkeley Law, and completed the Immigration Law Clinic as a student attorney. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California. She is admitted in the Eastern District of California.
