About Laurence Green
Laurence B. Green is a founding partner of Berger & Green. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in South Korea and Japan. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 1966, and worked as a laborer at the Homestead Works of U.S. Steel as a member of the United Steel Workers of America before pursuing the law. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1971 and began his legal career as a staff attorney for Neighborhood Legal Services Association. He later opened a private law office in Pittsburgh concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury litigation before co-founding Berger & Green, P.C. Attorney Green represents individuals injured in car accidents, defective product incidents, dog bites, and slip and fall accidents. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is an Allegheny County Bar Foundation Fellow and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2004 and 2011. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
