Regina Brown

Regina M. Brown is an attorney at Berger & Green. She attended Slippery Rock University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science as a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Society, and she earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2003. While in law school she completed an internship with Neighborhood Legal Services and, in her third year, a paid internship at the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. After passing the bar, she began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge George E. James in the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County. She then practiced as an Assistant Public Defender in York, Pennsylvania before moving to Allegheny County in 2006, where she served as an Assistant Public Defender for ten years and was promoted to Pre-Trial Division Manager before joining Berger & Green in October 2016. At the firm, Attorney Brown represents individuals in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she is a member of the Homer S. Brown Association and the Women in the Law Division. She is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts and in all Social Security courts throughout the United States.
