David Finegold

David Finegold is the Senior Litigation Associate Attorney at Bighorn Law, representing clients in high-stakes personal injury cases. A U.S. Army veteran who served six years including a deployment to Baghdad, David brings discipline and strategic thinking to every case. Since beginning his legal career, he has successfully handled over 300 cases in both State and Federal Court, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, dog attacks, negligent security, and victims of crime. In December 2023, David tried his first jury trial solo against Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa; despite a pretrial offer of $30,000, the jury returned a verdict of $217,840, with the total award reaching $359,563 after fees, costs, and interest. In August 2024, David secured a $13.2 million jury verdict in a disputed red light collision case, with the total judgment reaching $19.96 million post-trial. He has twice been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2023 and 2024). David earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from UNLV and his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School.
