Jacqueline Bretell

Jacqueline Bretell is a partner with Bighorn Law and has served as the firm's Chief Executive Officer since March 2020. She is a personal injury attorney known for her client-centered approach, strategic leadership, and commitment to achieving meaningful results for injured individuals and families. As CEO, Jacqueline oversees the firm's operations, growth, and long-term vision while remaining involved in client representation and case strategy. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and obtained her Juris Doctor from Mercer University at age 23. Her case handling experience includes serving as the primary attorney for those impacted by the 1 October Las Vegas shooting, resulting in an $800 million settlement, as well as victims of physical and sexual assault, wrongful death claims, and general personal injury matters. Jacqueline is recognized nationally for her approach to law firm management and legal operations, and has spoken at conferences across the country on practice management, client experience, and trial outcomes.
