Lisa Lehrer

Lisa A. Lehrer, Esq. is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and Senior Team Lead Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law. She is one of only a small handful of lawyers certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and has dedicated her career to representing the injured in personal injury litigation.

Lehrer's practice covers slip and fall accidents, vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, toxic exposure, product liability, construction defect, insurance coverage, animal and dog bites, and discrimination cases. She set precedent in the New Jersey Supreme Court case McDaid v. Aztec West Condominium and has obtained one of the top trial verdicts in the state, as recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal.

She has authored numerous articles for New Jersey Lawyer Magazine on topics including limited liability, waivers and estoppels, frivolous litigation, attorney's fees, gender inequality, class actions, and discrimination, including in the Respect Newsletter by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation.

Lehrer earned her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Albright College. She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the Pennsylvania State Bar, the Louisiana State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
