Craig Nuss

Craig S. Nuss is the co-practice group leader of the Construction Defects department at Burg Simpson, which has achieved Tier 1 status by U.S. News and World Report. A Colorado native born in Brush in 1960, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1982 and graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1988. He began his career at a large Denver insurance defense firm focusing on construction defect and personal injury claims and has since devoted his career to representing homeowners and homeowner associations in construction defect cases. In the past three decades he has handled more than 70 civil jury trials in Colorado state and federal courts. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, has been named a Colorado Super Lawyer every year since 2007, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
