Dale Coplan

Dale J. Coplan has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1974. His undergraduate degree in accounting and broad business background inform his emphasis on transactional and corporate work, including real estate, construction law, bankruptcy, commercial transactions, and counseling for corporate and entrepreneurial clients. His association with Burg Simpson began in 1990. He has served as in-house counsel to corporate clients for over 25 years, providing advice in all aspects of business, development, and management issues, with a specialty niche in insurance restoration contracting. Upon graduation, he served as in-house counsel to Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc., a large electrical contractor. He received his J.D. and both a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Denver.
