David Crough

David J. Crough focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and insurance disputes, handling matters involving serious orthopedic injuries and wrongful death, including automobile accidents, products liability, and premises liability. He also handles insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, he worked as a claims adjuster for a self-insured rental car company and as a claims manager for an insurance company, personally investigating and negotiating thousands of liability claims across fourteen states. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
