About David Harman
David C. Harman focuses his practice on personal injury, mass tort, and class action litigation, with considerable experience representing individuals in complex products liability cases against major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. He was significantly involved in the Yaz/Yasmin Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2100) for women who suffered injuries from Bayer's oral contraceptives, represented hundreds of children harmed by Depakote, and worked on the Testosterone Replacement Therapy Litigation, Fosamax Litigation, and the contaminated Heparin litigation. From 2014 to present, he has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys in Ohio. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
