David TeSelle

David K. TeSelle is a nationally recognized trial lawyer licensed in Colorado and Arizona who has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdicts in both state and federal court and in private arbitration. His high-profile successes include one of the largest personal injury verdicts in Arizona history ($58.5 million) against a body donation company that illegally sold body parts. He has achieved numerous multi-million verdicts and arbitration awards in consumer fraud, complex commercial litigation, class actions, insurance bad faith, construction defects, breach of contract, securities, and bet-your-business litigation. He is currently lead counsel representing thousands of 'gold star' military families in New York and Washington, D.C. courts whose loved ones were killed or injured by Iranian-backed terror attacks in Iraq. He has also successfully argued high-profile cases before state and federal appellate courts across the country.
