
About Diana Sada
Diana Sada heads Burg Simpson's Florida construction defect group, where she applies her litigation skills to help homeowners tackle challenges against builders, developers, and contractors. She started her career in Central Florida representing homeowners and condominium associations in construction defect litigation and later served as a Prosecutor for the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office in Arapahoe County, Colorado, handling a felony criminal docket in the Domestic Violence Unit. Since joining Burg Simpson, she joined the trial team that secured a $19.48 million arbitration award in Colorado and teaches continuing education courses to licensed community managers across Florida. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013 and her B.A. from Rollins College in 2009.
