About Jesselyn Zailac
Jesselyn Zailac focuses her practice on representing injured workers in workers' compensation matters. She obtained her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she was a student attorney with the Community Justice Clinic representing clients in immigration matters and an associate of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. She also holds an M.A. in Arts Management and a B.A. in Studio Art and Art History from the University at Buffalo. She is licensed in both Colorado and New York and is a member of the Workers' Compensation Education Association and the Colorado Women's Bar Association. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, she worked at a Buffalo, New York firm specializing in workers' compensation and Social Security Disability matters.
