Jessica Breuer

Jessica L. Breuer is a shareholder in Burg Simpson's Litigation Department, aggressively representing clients in complex cases involving serious personal injuries, collisions, product liability, premises liability, and civil rights violations. She is dedicated to holding powerful corporations, insurance companies, and institutions accountable. She is particularly passionate about protecting the rights of people with disabilities and pursues claims involving discrimination and violations of students' rights under federal and state law. Originally from the Midwest, she earned her J.D. from The University of Kansas School of Law. She has been selected to Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year from 2018 to 2025.
