Michael Menghini

Michael C. Menghini is a Shareholder and Co-Practice Group Leader in Burg Simpson's Construction Practice Group. He represents clients with claims related to construction defects, design defects, and product defects, including community associations, homeowners, apartment communities, business owners, and municipalities. He has more than 15 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing clients across the United States in complex construction, design, and product defect litigation. U.S. News and World Report has awarded Burg Simpson's Construction Group Tier 1 Status. He was born and raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and holds a J.D. with honors from Marquette University Law School.
