Michael Weinhoffer

Michael Weinhoffer is an associate attorney in Burg Simpson's medical malpractice department. He obtained his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2023. While there, he was a member and later vice president of the Student Plaintiff's Bar and volunteered as an articles editor for the Colorado Bar Association's Colorado Lawyer magazine. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, he was an associate attorney at another Denver-area firm specializing in medical malpractice. He obtained his B.S. in Commercial Space Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020 and retains a lifelong passion for aviation and spaceflight.
