Rachel Denning

Rachel Denning is an attorney in Burg Simpson's Personal Injury Litigation Department, representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic and complex injuries as well as families facing the aftermath of wrongful death. Before joining Burg Simpson, she practiced exclusively in personal injury law, gaining experience in cases involving serious personal injuries, collisions, trucking accidents, product liability, and premises liability. At Burg Simpson, she has expanded her practice to include commercial litigation, sexual abuse claims, and insurance bad faith. She earned her Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude from the Phoenix School of Law and prior to becoming an attorney spent nearly a decade in real estate investment.
