Sarah Boelts

Sarah Boelts practices in Burg Simpson's Mass Tort Litigation Department. She joined Burg Simpson in 2024 after working for over three years at a boutique mass tort firm in San Diego, where she specialized in wildfire litigation and product liability cases. While attending the University of San Diego School of Law, she competed on USD Law's Mock Trial team at the Texas Young Lawyers Association's National Trial Competition and worked with the Appellate Clinic to write a Ninth Circuit brief. In 2019 she worked as a law clerk at the Office of the United States Attorneys. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and her J.D. from the University of San Diego.
