
About Sean Wells
Sean Wells is a trial attorney with extensive experience representing property owners in complex construction defect litigation since 2009. He tirelessly advocates for clients to obtain recovery from at-fault parties in challenging and highly technical cases. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, he was trial counsel for multiple large arbitrations involving subdivision-wide damages claims relating to expansive soils, building envelope defects, and negligent design. He has experience representing Special Districts and Non-Profit Corporations with claims relating to municipal wastewater treatment facilities and commercial developments. He has been a key member of a trial team that obtained in excess of $75 million in gross recovery on behalf of clients in the last five years. He attended Gonzaga University School of Law and graduated in 2008 with a J.D. and certificate in Environmental Law.
