Shane Fulton

Shane C. Fulton is a shareholder in Burg Simpson's Personal Injury Litigation Department. He graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School in 2013 and earned a B.A. from Northeastern University in 2010. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, he was a litigation associate at a national subrogation firm based in Philadelphia. Over the course of his career he has obtained significant recoveries for individuals and businesses damaged by fire, construction defects, and unsafe products. Since 2021, Best Lawyers of America recognized him as a 'One to Watch.'
