About Kevin Henrichson
Kevin Henrichson is a third-generation Texas attorney: his grandfather EG Henrichson practiced law for more than 40 years, and his father Preston Henrichson practices in the same building. Henrichson earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1997 and graduated at the top of his class from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio in 2001, where he wrote for the St. Mary's Law Journal, won the school's mock trial competition, and interned at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In his first year of practice, he tried five jury trials on his own and won all five. He joined Byrd Davis Alden & Henrichson, LLP in 2002 and has focused on serious personal injury litigation since. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Texas Monthly named him a Super Lawyer for personal injury in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2024, and a Rising Star in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2013, and 2014.
