About Ryan Cayer

Throughout his career, Attorney Ryan Cayer has worked to guide people through the legal process in multiple areas of the law. Before joining the personal injury team at the Carter Mario Injury Lawyers as the Chief Operating Officer, he gained extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation, adoption, tenant, human rights, immigration, and contract dispute law. Attorney Cayer is well-versed in the litigation process and has immeasurable knowledge on how to tirelessly pursue justice and inspire others to do the same. His wide array of experience brings much to the table as he works to manage our firm’s day-to-day functions as our team fights for each and every one of our clients. Attorney Cayer studied government and economics at Franklin and Marshall College before obtaining his JD from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

He also received his Masters in Business Management from St. Joseph’s University. After law school, he began his career as a solo practitioner in California before returning to Connecticut to serve as a legal research attorney and solutions consultant for LexisNexis. Attorney Cayer later spent some time with Haddad & Partners, serving as the Director of Global Operations, and eventually worked his way up to becoming COO and CEO of the company. Ryan Cayer is a member of the California Bar Association and is also honored with appointment to the Connecticut Statesmen #1160 by the Connecticut Jaycees.
