
About P. Camille Guerra
P. Camille Guerra is a partner and key member of the complex litigation team, working with Gayle M. Blatt on cybersecurity cases, consumer fraud litigation, and high-profile class actions. Her matters have included the Yahoo Inc. data breach, Volkswagen Diesel emissions, Fiat/Chrysler Diesel, Wells Fargo, and a national antitrust case involving major tuna companies. She holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Health Policy and Law from UC San Diego, and her research on counterfeit Avastin was published in Nature Reviews Clinical Oncology. She also co-authored 'USA Criminal and Civil Prosecutions Associated with Illicit Online Pharmacies: Legal Analysis and Global Implications,' published in Med Access.
