
About Zachary Wallace
Zachary Wallace is an associate civil trial attorney at CaseyGerry. Before joining the firm, he spent 12 years as a Deputy District Attorney in the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, where he tried more than 50 cases to jury verdict and rose to become one of the top prosecutors in the Sex Crimes and Human Trafficking Unit. He was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by the San Diego County Deputy District Attorney Association in 2021. He also served on the DA's Legislative Committee, assisting state legislators with drafting and testifying on proposed laws. In 2024, his writing on the use of Evidence Code section 1108 in sexual assault prosecutions was published in the California District Attorneys Association manual used by prosecutors statewide. He earned his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2013 and his B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego in 2010.
