About Gregory Pajak

Gregory Pajak believes that hard work, communication, and honesty are essential to success in the practice of law. He paid his own way through college and law school by working in his father's small grocery store in Hamburg, New York, where he met thousands of people from all walks of life and came to understand that everyone deserves courtesy, dignity, and respect. After law school, Gregory joined a civil litigation firm representing insurance companies and defendants, eventually becoming a partner after more than 15 years of defending personal injury lawsuits. He saw firsthand how difficult it can be for injured individuals to compete on equal footing.

In 2007, he joined Cellino Law, formerly Cellino & Barnes, to represent injured people rather than insurers. Today, as a managing attorney, he handles his own cases while helping other attorneys deliver high-quality representation. He is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, a Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum member, and an Upstate New York Super Lawyer from 2013 through 2023.
