Bradley Corsiglia

Bradley M. Corsiglia has practiced medical malpractice and personal injury law for more than 30 years. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the International Society of Barristers, all invitation-only organizations limited to top trial attorneys in the country. Corsiglia was a founding partner of Corsiglia McMahon & Allard before joining Cerri, Boskovich & Allard as Of Counsel, where he advises on sexual abuse survivor cases drawing on his decades of experience in plaintiff trial work. He holds an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been included in Best Lawyers in America since 2009, and has received multiple Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association Trial Lawyer of the Year awards, most recently in 2023. He is admitted in California and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
