About Mark Boskovich

Mark J. Boskovich is a dedicated advocate for individuals and families affected by personal injury and sexual abuse. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley in 2010, graduating cum laude and receiving the Neufeld Scholar-Athlete Award for the highest GPA among UC Berkeley senior male student athletes. He then attended UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, graduating cum laude with a Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution concentration in 2014, placing in the top 15 percent of his class. After law school, Boskovich gained experience at insurance defense firm Gordon & Rees before joining Cerri, Boskovich & Allard. His time on the defense side gives him insight into how insurance companies and defense firms approach cases. At Hastings, he worked with the Civil Justice Clinic, representing low-income workers and clients with unemployment insurance matters. He was named Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2024 and has received Outstanding Advocate recognition from the same association.
