W. Perry Zivley Jr.

W. Perry Zivley, Jr. is Of Counsel at Cesar Ornelas Injury Law, focusing on civil litigation and personal injury matters. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he has been licensed since 1986.

Zivley earned his Juris Doctor in 1986 from South Texas College of Law in Houston and his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance major from Southwestern University in Georgetown in 1985.
