Andrew Franchetti

Andrew Franchetti is a personal injury and workers' compensation attorney representing injured individuals across Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has handled over 75 trials and hearings, achieving over 70 successful outcomes. Before joining ChasenBoscolo, Andrew served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John J. Nagle III in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County from 2021 to 2022. One of his most impactful accomplishments involved securing a jury verdict for a Maryland worker whose benefits had been prematurely terminated and who was being denied necessary medical treatment. Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.A. in Government with a Minor in Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College.
