Attorney Ian Bensberg joined CohenMalad LLP in 2025 as a member of the firm's class action group. His practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in consumer protection and data privacy cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ian represented plaintiffs in complex cases of national importance at every level of the federal courts, including the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL, the Social Media Adolescent Addiction/Personal Injury Products Liability Litigation MDL, TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez before the U.S. Supreme Court, and Authors Guild v. OpenAI in the Southern District of New York. He formerly clerked for the Hon. Paul D. Mathias at the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Hon.
